Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the La Create Space Events CRM ("the App") at crm.lacreatespace.com, operated by La Create Space ("we", "us"). By signing in or using the App you agree to these terms.

1. Who may use the App

The App is an internal business tool for La Create Space team members and authorized partners (such as event staff and sales representatives). Accounts are provisioned or approved by our administrators, and access may be granted, changed, or revoked at our discretion. It is not a consumer service.

2. Accounts and roles

• You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in method (Google account, magic links, or password) secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Access is role-based (owner, admin, staff, rep, front desk). Features you can see and actions you can take depend on the role assigned to you.
• Administrators may link accounts to Square team-member records and add email aliases so a person's logins resolve to one account.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the App only for La Create Space business: running events, managing appointments and customer relationships, and related follow-up.
• Handle customer information with care and confidentiality. Do not export, share, or use customer data outside your work for us.
• Do not attempt to bypass role permissions, probe or disrupt the service, or access another person's account.

4. Customer data and third-party services

The App syncs with Square (customers, appointments, purchases) and Eventbrite (registrations, check-ins), connects to Google services for sign-in, document export, and onboarding email, and uses AI providers (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude) to generate research briefs and drafts. Use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms. AI-generated content is a starting point: verify important details before relying on or sending it.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes what information the App handles and how. By using the App you consent to that handling.

6. Availability and changes

We may add, change, or remove features, and the App may occasionally be unavailable (maintenance, hosting, or third-party outages). We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, La Create Space is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including reliance on AI-generated content or third-party service interruptions.

8. Termination

We may suspend or disable accounts at any time, including for violation of these terms. Sections 4, 5, 7, and 9 survive termination.
