Privacy Policy

The La Create Space Events CRM ("the App"), available at crm.lacreatespace.com, is an internal business tool operated by La Create Space ("we", "us") for our team and authorized partners to manage events, appointments, and customer relationships. This policy explains what information the App handles and how.
Information we collect
- Team account information: when a team member signs in (Google sign-in, magic link, or email/password), we store their name, email address(es), role, sign-in times, and, for sales reps, their Square team-member association, photo, and bio.
- Customer and business contact information: names, emails, phone numbers, company names, websites, and business details of customers and leads, entered by our team or synced from Square (customer directory, appointments, purchase history) and Eventbrite (event registrations and check-ins).
- Meeting and event records: appointment check-ins, event attendance, staff meeting notes, customer interests, and AI-generated research briefs and follow-up email drafts.
- Usage records: actions performed in the App (for example, who checked a guest in and when), used for operations and accountability.
How we use information
- Running our events: guest check-in, appointment scheduling, and on-site coordination.
- Preparing our team for customer conversations, including AI-assisted research based on publicly available information such as a business's own website.
- Sending customer follow-ups our team members review and send themselves.
- Administering team access, roles, and onboarding.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Google user data
Google sign-in. If a team member signs in with Google, we receive their name, email address, and profile photo, used solely to create and identify their App account.
Google Drive, Docs & Gmail (owner account only). An administrator may connect a Google account so the App can (a) export customer briefing documents to a designated Drive folder, and (b) send team onboarding emails from that account. These actions run only when an administrator triggers them. The App does not read the connected account's email or files beyond what these features create.
The App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI models.
Service providers
The App relies on these processors to operate:
- Supabase: database and authentication hosting.
- Square: customer directory, appointments, and payment records (synced two-way).
- Eventbrite: event registrations and attendance.
- Google: sign-in, Docs/Drive export, and onboarding email delivery.
- Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude: AI processing for research briefs, note cleanup, business-card transcription, and follow-up drafts. Only the specific content needed for each request is sent, and it is not used by us to train models.
- Vercel: application hosting.
Retention & deletion
Records are kept while they are operationally useful. Administrators can delete customer profiles (including notes and briefs) from within the App at any time; deleting a profile does not delete the corresponding Square customer record, which is managed in Square. To request access to or deletion of your information, contact us at the address below.
Security
Access requires an approved account; permissions are role-based and enforced server-side. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with our providers listed above. No system is perfectly secure, but access to personal information is limited to authorized team members.
Changes
We may update this policy as the App evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated to our team.
